Head Ahead is an accredited ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner, and a Build Partner. We help organisations get the most from the ServiceNow platform. Founded in 2012 as a Technical Delivery Management consultancy, we launched as a ServiceNow consultancy in 2019. We solve real business problems through expert project delivery, strong leadership, and deep technical expertise.

Our Story
After leading a wide range of ServiceNow implementation projects, we saw that many organisations were not getting the level of support needed to fully realise the platform’s potential.

We recognised that our strengths in software delivery, leadership, and systems thinking could address this gap. To maximise our impact, we chose to focus exclusively on ServiceNow. We later became an official ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner, and a Build Partner. This allowed us to double down on our commitment to delivering deeper, smarter solutions.
Today, Head Ahead delivers best-in-class consulting services while mentoring the next generation of professionals. We help our clients lead with clarity, purpose, and confidence. Our aim is to create meaningful and lasting impact for every organisation we work with.
