With over two decades of IT leadership experience, Gaurav Bajaj founded Head Ahead to raise the standard of technology consulting. His approach is grounded in rigour, integrity, and a focus on meaningful outcomes.

He has led large-scale transformations and complex technology initiatives across the insurance, utilities, and defence sectors. His work has delivered measurable impact for organisations such as CompareTheMarket.com, Homeserve, BAE Systems, Vodafone, Deliveroo and the Skills Funding Agency.

Gaurav’s expertise spans software application development, building high-performing product and delivery teams, advancing process maturity, and managing business-critical initiatives from concept through to execution.

He holds certifications in PRINCE2 and ITIL, and previously in Scrum. His academic background includes an Executive MBA, a Diploma in Software Engineering, and a Commerce degree. His professional focus covers Agile delivery, Lean Six Sigma, and the ServiceNow platform. This multidisciplinary foundation allows him to connect strategic intent with practical, hands-on delivery.
