He has successfully led large-scale transformations and complex technology initiatives across the insurance, utilities, and defence sectors, delivering measurable impact for organisations including CompareTheMarket.com, Homeserve, BAE Systems, Vodafone, and the Skills Funding Agency.

 

Gaurav’s core expertise includes software application development, building high-performing product teams, advancing process maturity, and managing business-critical projects end-to-end.

 

He holds certifications in PRINCE2, ITIL, and previously in Scrum, along with an Executive MBA, a Diploma in Software Engineering, and a Commerce Degree, with a focus on Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, and ServiceNow. This multidisciplinary foundation enables him to bridge strategic vision with practical, hands-on delivery.
